Careforce is a prescription medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men (the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity).

HOW IT WORKS

Sildenafil belongs to a class of medications called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, which normally breaks down a substance responsible for relaxing blood vessels. By blocking this enzyme, Careforce relaxes the smooth muscles and increases blood flow specifically to the penis.

It only works if you are already sexually aroused. It does not automatically create an erection or increase sexual desire on its own.

HOW TO TAKE

Take one tablet about an hour before you plan to be sexually active. It can stay effective in your system for up to 4 to 6 hours. Empty stomach is ideal.You can take it with or without food, but a heavy, high-fat meal can delay how quickly the medicine kicks in. Avoid heavy drinking. Keep alcohol to a minimum. Drinking heavily makes it harder to get an erection and increases your risk of getting dizzy or having low blood pressure. Never take more than one dose in a 24-hour window. Spacing it out is crucial to prevent dangerous side effects.

SIDE EFFECTS

Most side effects are mild and temporary, but you should always listen to your body.Among the most common side effects are headache, facial flushing (redness or warmth), indigestion or upset stomach, nasal congestion, mild vision changes (like a temporary blue tint to objects or blurriness).

Stop taking the medication and seek immediate emergency medical care if you experience a painful erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism), a sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, sudden hearing loss, or severe chest pain.

WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS

Never take Careforce if you take any medications containing nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain/ angina, like Nitroglycerin). Combining the two can cause a sudden, life-threatening drop in blood pressure.

Tell your doctor if you have a history of heart attacks, strokes, irregular heartbeats, or severe low/high blood pressure in the last 6 months.

Alpha-blockers (for prostate issues or high blood pressure) can interact with Sildenafil and cause your blood pressure to dip. Always give your doctor a complete list of your current medications.
