      Common  Uses 
  Tramadol  belongs to analgesic group. It is indicated to treat moderate to severe pain. 
How to Take
  Before  start taking any new medicine please consult with a doctor. The starting dose  for adult patiens is 25 mg taken one time a day in the morning. After a trial  period you doctor may increase the dose up to 200 mg. Adamol may be taken every  4 or 6 hours depending on pain you have. If take Tramadol as rapid pain relief  the side effects can be more severe. It is recommended to increase dose step by  step. The maximum dose is 300 mg a day.  
Warning and Precautions
  Tramadol sometimes  causes lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting. Please avoid operating a  potentially unsafe tasks or mechanisms such as driving a car, until you know  your reaction on it. The effect may be worse if you take alcohol or certain  medicines such as sleep aids or muscle relaxants. Use Tramadol with caution. Before start taking any new medicine  even, prescribed without RX or based on herbal components, check it with your  doctor. 
Important 
  Tramadol should  not be used while pregnant. If you are planning to become pregnant, make sure  your doctor knows that you are taking Tramadol. It also appears in breast milk  and could affect a nursing infant. 
Missed Dose
  If your  doctor gave you strict instructions not to miss dose and if you missed one take  the missed dose as soon as you remembered. If it is time for your next dose,  skip it and continue taking you medicine regularly. Do not double the medicine.  It can cause severe side effects. 
Overdose
  Almost any  medicine taking in excess doses without consultation with your doctor can cause  an overdose. Symptoms of  overdose may  include bluish skin, cold clammy skin, difficult or slow breathing, drowsiness  leading to unresponsiveness or coma, excessive sweating, seizures, slow or  irregular heartbeat, very fast heart rate.If you suspect an overdose contact your  emergency room immediately.
Storage
  Tramadol should  be stored at room temperature in a container it comes in. Protect from heat,  sun light and moisture. Do  not store in the bathroom. Keep away from pets and children. 
Possible Side Effects
  Any of the medicine can cause side effects. If the side effects occur  seek medical attention or consult with your doctor for more information. Anyway  such common side effects may bother you:   anxiety, bloating, gas, constipation, convulsive  movements, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, feeling of elation,  hallucinations, headache, indigestion, itching, nausea, nervousness, sweating,  tremor, vomiting, weakness, agitation, trouble sleeping. Seek medical attention if any of these side effects occur: chest pain, allergic reactions, difficulty swallowing or breathing,  fainting, irregular or slow heartbeat, shortness of breath, unusual stomach  pain.
